• To fulfil your order: We use your email address to send you a download link for your completed document and to communicate with you about your order

3. Our stance on AI model training

We will never use your personal data, including the content of your resume or job description, to train or fine-tune our own or any third-party AI models. Your data is used solely for the single transaction of generating your document.

To protect your privacy, we have a strict data retention policy. All personally identifiable information, including the content of your resume, the job description, and the final generated PDF, will be permanently deleted from our systems 30 days after your purchase.
